The Olde Sawmill Civic Association (OSCA) is a nonprofit civic association focused on building a strong community through representation, education, advocacy, and sponsorship of projects benefiting the Olde Sawmill neighborhood and its surrounding houses. We welcome Olde Sawmill area homeowners, renters, business owners, and employees to become members.

The primary mission of the organization is “To promote a spirit of neighborliness among residents of, and businesses and organizations within, the Olde Sawmill nedighborhood.”
